Started in 1965 by Leo "Sunny" Schmitz

A farmer, husband and father to 7 children. 

He had a vision to start a campground, so that his family and others in the community would have a place to have a fun and relaxing weekend together and create memories to last a lifetime. Now years later his vision is still being carried on by his family.

With 115 acres of wooded area, 800 campsites, 5 lakes, picnicking and swimming and so much more.
