Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation made within 7 days of your stay will forfeit a one night's stay.
Any cancellation made outside of the 7day window will result in a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee.
Holiday cancellations made within 7 days of your stay will result in a refund minus a $90 cancellation fee.
Holiday cancellations made outside of the 7 day window will result in a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee.

If you are using a golf cart for your stay with us,
there will be a $10.00 per night charge at the time of arrival.
All other lots are seasonal lots.​

12 volt Power Wheels- Not to be driven on driveways and not to be used after dark. Parents are responsible for their children.

Bicycles - Can be used after dark if a working headlight and taillight are used, but must be put away at 11pm. Must obey the rules in the brochure #17.

Scooters - Can be used during daylight hours only and must follow the speed limit rules. They are to be used only on driveways as a way of transportation, not in playgrounds or other grass areas. Parents are responsible for their children.

E-Bikes - Can be used after dark if a working headlight and taillight are used, but must be put away at 11pm. They are to be used only on driveways as a way of transportation, not in playgrounds or other grass areas. Parents are responsible for their children. Refer to the rules in the brochure for quiet hours etc.

Golf Carts - Follow the rules in the brochure.
The Health Department rule states that “all water hoses used for human consumption in the campground must be rated for potable water use only(safe for drinking).
